It is a privilege to have worked with clients in this life-changing, life-saving area for over 8 years. From mental health recruitment campaigns and brand films, to live events and documentaries, our videos have helped healthcare organisations drive engagement, raise awareness and incite change.
With the current NHS staffing crisis, exacerbated by Covid, there has never been a more important time to create meaningful communications that deliver results. We understand the power of emphasising the human element of healthcare – from the people delivering it to the people impacted by it.

Recruitment Film – Devon Partnership NHS Trust
One of our major clients within the healthcare sector is Devon Partnership NHS Trust. One project we completed for them was a large staff recruitment campaign aimed at a wide audience. We produced several short, impactful videos that gave an insight into the Trust and the important work they do providing mental health services to around 900,000 people living in Devon.
We shot low-impact, relaxed ‘staff story’ interviews as well as a lot of B-roll footage to convey the positive working atmosphere.
Three finished videos captured the immense pride and determination of the staff. These were rolled out across their website, social media channels, job fairs and conferences. The recruitment campaign was extremely successful and all the job roles advertised were filled in less than a month. The perfect result.

Recruitment film – The Wellcome Centre
We’ve also created recruitment films for The Wellcome Centre at The University of Exeter who bring together experts from different disciplines to ask the big questions in healthcare.
In our film, it was vital that we communicated how exciting and ambitious the centre is. We captured this through interviews with current staff who talked about the ethos of openness, and the freedom to do unique, cutting-edge research in a supportive environment.
The final video feels like an intimate and moving look at the inner workings of The Wellcome Centre. Prospective applicants felt connected with the Centre and its staff before even arriving for interview and every role was filled with high-calibre candidates!

Mother & Baby Unit Virtual Tour
A virtual tour of Devon Partnership Trust’s Mother & Baby Unit, specifically designed to support new mothers experiencing mental health difficulties. The tour showed mothers the excellent facilities, the uplifting, calming atmosphere of the unit and exactly what to expect when staying there.
